As a member of BornAgainSingles you agree to the following restrictions:
  • The use of foul, improper, racial, obscene, sexual, indecent, illegal and insulting language, suggestions or information that could in any way lead to the violation of any local or international laws and impose on the rights of other members on www.bornagainsinglesusa.com
  • Communication between members will not and cannot be screened by BornAgainSingles, but members violating the terms and conditions will be deleted without any notification.
  • Members are solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential.
  • Advertising of any business, product or service on www.bornagainsinglesusa.com is strictly prohibited without prior consent from BornAgainSingles.
  • Personal information and profile photographs can under no circumstances be fictitious or of a provocative/pornographic nature. BornAgainSingles reserves the right to delete any profiles/photographs we deem to be unsuitable, without any notification.
  • Under no circumstances may members post any copyrighted material in any form including photographs.
  • No personal information should be divulged in a member’s profile, this includes contact telephone numbers, residential addresses and e-mail addresses.
  • Harassment of members by other members is strictly prohibited and would lead to the expulsion of such members without a refund of membership fees.
  • Any malicious acts or behaviour resulting in the disruption of usage by other members are strictly prohibited including the uploading of any viruses.
  • Members agree to the advice stipulated in the safety guide and BornAgainSingles and its operators, accepts no liability whatsoever from any damaged caused due to the neglect of the safety guide.
  • BornAgainSingles accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by any interference i.e. viruses, hackers etc. or content, services and goods provided by any internet sites linked to/from www.bornagainsinglesusa.com

BornAgainSingles is an online dating service, where single Christians can interact and build relationships through membership to www.bornagainsinglesusa.com
Delivery policy:
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 working days and membership confirmed by way of e-mail notification.
Return and Refunds policy:
The provision of services by BornAgainSingles is subject to availability and BornAgainSingles reserves the right to deny membership to www.bornagainsinglesusa.com The service by BornAgainSingles is not refundable.
Customer privacy policy:
BornAgainSingles shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of members. Members are responsible for not divulging their personal information as set out in the safety guide. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted:
Payment may be made via Visa and Master Card credit cards.
Credit card acquiring and security:
Credit card transactions will be acquired for BornAgainSingles by PayGate (Pty) Ltd who is the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate use SSL3 and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details:
Customer details will be stored by BornAgainSingles separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency:
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand), and the amount may vary slightly due to the daily variable Rand-Dollar exhange rate.
Responsibility:
BornAgainSingles takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of services.
Country of domicile:
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and BornAgainSingles chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, PO Box 309, Sea Point, Cape Town, South Africa, 8060
Variation:
BornAgainSingles may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
