A. A lot of time and money was invested in creating the site. BornAgainSingles is run as a business, it therefore incurs financial obligations that need to be met.
Q5. Does my personal information get shared with other members?
A. Under no circumstances does your personal information (ie. email address and password) get divulged to other members. All correspondence between members is done internally through the site. Please refer to the Safety Guide for more information.

A. All credit card transactions are processed through the Paygate website and no credit card details are kept on www.bornagainsinglesusa.com. Please refer to www.paygate.co.za for more information.

Q8. How do I become a member of www.bornagainsinglesusa.com?
A. Click on the “subscribe” tab, which will direct you to the subscription page. Fill in the compulsory fields and choose your membership option. Make sure to read the Terms and Conditions and Safety Guide and click on the “view” tab. Check that your information is correct then click on the “next” tab to complete the subscription. A photo of yourself is required to complete your subscription.
Q9. Why can't I contact other members on my free limited membership?
A. In order to contact other members on www.bornagainsinglesusa.com you will have to upgrade to one of the paid subscription options. You will however still be able to receive messages from other members on the free limited membership option?
Q10. What happens when I complete my profile?
A. Once you have completed your profile, your username and password will be invalid until our security department has verified your information. You will be notified via email as soon as your new profile has been activated.
Q11. How do I update my profile?
A. When logged onto www.bornagainsinglesusa.com click on the “edit my profile” tab in the menu box. Once you have finished editing your profile, click the “view” tab. Confirm the new information by clicking the “save” tab.

A. When you edit your profile, the new information will only be displayed on your profile once our security department has verified your information. You will be notified via email as soon as your new profile has been activated.
Q13. Why do I need to submit a photo of myself?
A. In a further effort to prevent misrepresentation, all profiles need to have photos attached.
Q14. What if I don’t have a photo?
A. Unfortunately, it is a stringent requirement.
Q15. How am I protected from a possible stalker?
A. A system is in place, whereby you can block another member from sending you messages. This is done by clicking on the “block user” tab on the profile page of the member that you want to block, when you are logged in. Also adhere to the suggestions in the Safety Guide.
Q16. Why should I not divulge my personal email and phone number to other members?
A. This is done to safeguard members from possible fakes. Do not divulge personal email and phone numbers untill you have met the person in a public place (with some friends) and the person is a true representation of what you have expected. Should you divulge your personal information before you have met the person, he/she might not be the person they set out to be and he/she will already have your personal details.
Q17. How do I send a message to another member?
A. By clicking on the “contact user” tab on the profile page of the member you want to send a message to. Please make sure to fill in the subject field in the message box and stay clear from using special characters.
Q18. When I send another member a message will they receive the message in their email and will I receive a message back in my email?
A. Messages sent to members are sent to their inbox on www.bornagainsinglesusa.com
They will receive a notification in their email about this message. The member will have to login to www.bornagainsinglesusa.com to access the message in their inbox. If the member replies to the message the same process will apply. (Hence you will receive an email notifying you of a new message in your inbox on www.bornagainsinglesusa.com)
